Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn and analyze the influence of leadership styleand organizational culture on work productivity with motivation as an interveningvariable on the employees of PT Telkom Akses Surabaya Selatan OperationService Helpdesk Division. The analysis technique used inthis study is pathanalysis with a quantitative approach method, and data processed using testequipmentSPSS 24. This study uses a sampling method with saturated samplingwhich includes all employees in the operation service desk division of PT. TelkomAccess Surabaya as many as 38 respondents. After testing the proposedhypothesis, the following valuesare obtained: 1) the significant value on theleadership style variable tested on the work motivation variable is 0.038 <0.05that the first hypothesis that has been formulated previously states that"Leadership Style has a significant and positive effect on motivation The work ofPT. Telkom Access Surabaya "is accepted or proven. 2) significant value onorganizational culture variables tested on work motivation variable is 0.001 <0.05that the second hypothesis that has been formulated previously states that"Organizational Culture has a significant and positive effect on Work Motivation atPT. Telkom Access Surabaya "accepted or proven. 3) the significant value of theleadership style variable tested on the productivity variable is 0.044 <0.05 thatthe third hypothesis that was formulated previously stated that "Leadership stylehas a significant and positive effect on the Employee Productivity of PT. TelkomAccess Surabaya "accepted or proven. 4) significant value on organizationalculture variables tested on productivity variables is 0.016 <0.05 that the fourthhypothesis that has been formulated previously states that "OrganizationalCulture has a significant and positive effect on the Employee Productivity of PT.Telkom Access Surabaya "accepted or proven. 5) thesignificant value of thework motivation variable tested on the productivity variable is 0.005 <0.05 thatthe fifth hypothesis that was formulated previously stated that "Work Motivationhas a significant and positive effect on the Employee Productivity of PT. TelkomAccess Surabaya "accepted or proven. 6) Work Motivation in this research modelmediates the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Productivity of PT.Telkom Access Surabaya. Work Motivation Variables lead to Leadership Stylesaffect the Employee Productivity variable indirectly. This can be seen from thevalue of the indirect influence between the Leadership Style on EmployeeProductivity through Work Motivation, the value is greater than the value of thedirect influence between Leadershipon Employee Productivity. 7) WorkMotivation in this research model mediates the influence of OrganizationalCulture on the Productivity of PT. Telkom Access Surabaya. Work MotivationVariables lead to Organizational Culture variables do not affect EmployeeProductivity variables indirectly.
