Abstract
This research is backed by the phenomenon that shows that the development of PT. Gojek is now growing rapidly, causing every branch of PT company. Gojek faces increasingly stringent business competition. Therefore, PT. Gojek needs to improve employee performance to maintain the company's existence. In this case researchers relate the influence of organizational culture, career development, and compensation to improve employee performance. The purpose of this research is (1) to know the organizational culture affecting PT employees ' performance. Gojek Surabaya, (2) to find out how career development is influential on the performance of PT employees. Gojek Surabaya, (3) to know the compensation affects PT employees ' performance. Gojek Surabaya, (4) to know the organizational culture, career development, and compensation affect the performance of PT employees. Gojek Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach. The samples used are saturated samples using all population members as samples amounting to 90 people. The research method used is validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study showed that (1) the organizational culture did not positively and significantly affect the performance of PT employees. Gojek Surabaya, (2) Career development has positive and significant impact on employee performance of PT. Gojek Surabaya, (3) compensation has no positive and significant impact on the employee's performance of PT. Gojek Surabaya, (4) Organizational culture, career development, and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the employee performance of PT. Gojek Surabaya.
