Abstract

This research is backed up based on the phenomenon that shows that human resources are a very important element in a company. Therefore, PT. Rembaka need to improve employee performance to maintain the company's existence.. In this case researchers connect the influence of organizational culture, work facilities, as well as the spirit of work to improve employee performance. The purpose of this research is (1) to know the organizational culture affecting PT employees ' performance. Rembaka, (2) to know the work facilities are influential on the performance of employees PT. Rembaka, (3) to know the spirit of work affects PT employees ' performance. Rembaka, (4) to know the organizational culture, work facilities and working spirit affect the performance of PT employees. Rembaka. This research uses a quantitative approach. The samples used are saturated samples using all population members as samples amounting to 60 people. The research method used is validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study showed that (1) The organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance of PT. Rembaka, (2) work facilities are positive but not significant to the performance of PT employees. Rembaka, (3) The spirit of work positively and significantly affect the performance of PT. Rembaka, (4) The organizational culture, work facilities and the spirit of work have a positive and significant impact on the employee's performance of PT. Rembaka.
