Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work stres on work satisfaction, the motivation effect on work satisfaction, the environment work effect on work satisfaction, the effect of work stres on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect environment work on employee performance, the effect of work satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of work satisfaction on employee performance with work satisfaction as intervening variable, the effect of work motivation on employee performance with work satisfaction as intervening variable, the effect environment work on employee performance with a satisfaction work as intervening variable in PT Surya Mustika Nusantara Surabaya. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The sample in this research were 94 respondents who were employees of PT. Surya Mustika Nusantara Surabaya. The sampling technique uses Jenuh sample. Data collection method by spreading research questionnaire and documentation. The analysis used is path analysis with SPSS 22.0. The result of this research has : Work stres has a positive and significant effect on work satisfaction with a coefficient 0.431 and signification value t 0,000 < 0,05; Work Motivation has positive and significant effect on work satisfaction with a coefficient 0,294 and signification value t 0,003 < 0,05; Work environment has positive and significant effect on work satisfaction with a coefficient 0,204 and signification value t 0,023 < 0,05; Work Stres has positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient 0,187 and signification value t 0,036 < 0,05; Work motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient 0,339 and signification value t 0,000 < 0,05; Work environment has positive effect and not significant with a coefficient 0,065 and significant value t 0,379 > 0,05; Work satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient 0,321 and significant value t 0,000 < 0,05; Work satisfaction can mediate between work stres with employee performance by value thitung 2,3 < ttabel by significant level of 0,05 which is 1,96; Work satisfaction can mediate between work motivation with employee performance by value thitung 2,35 > ttabel by significant level of 0,05 which is 1,96. Work satisfaction can mediate between work environment with employee performance by value thitung 2,17 > ttabel by significant level of 0,05 which is 1,96.
