Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, work environment, and self awareness on job satisfaction on employees of Hotel Santika Premiere Gubeng Surabaya. The study population was 109 people. A sample of 86 people was determined using the Krejcie & Morgan table. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation, work environment, and self awareness simultaneously had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation, work environment, and self awareness influence 42% on job satisfaction. Partially only compensation and work environment have a significant influence on job satisfaction. While partialy self awareness does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
