Abstract

Seeing professionalism of employees is a work of a person in the realization of the work agreement. The results of this employee force is a process of working from someone in producing a production. Performance productivity often decreases due to the possibility of inconvenience at work, minimum wages and dissatisfaction at work. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to know among the workload variables, and job satisfaction, work discipline simultaneously influences the performance of the employees of PT Korman Surabaya. In this study, the type of quantitative research used was 60 employees of PT Korman Surabaya with a total population of 60 employees of PT Korman Surabaya, with the total sample used (saturated sample). Data analysis techniques used influence the workload, job satisfaction and work discipline on employees are elaborated through the processed statistical data with the help of "SPSS For Windows 20". Which is described through the validity test, reliability test, linear regression regression, determinant coefficient (R2) and correlation coefficient, F test, and t test. Workload, job satisfaction, and work discipline can affect the performance of 77.3% while the remaining 22.7% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. This means that the variable workload capability, job satisfaction, and work discipline can support the high performance of 77.3%. F test results, the calculated Fcount value of 63.547 and Ftable value obtained for 2.013 with a significant level of 0.000, which means less than 0.05. The three independent variables in this study are workload, job satisfaction, and work discipline simultaneously have a positive positive effect. and significant to the dependent variable, namely Performance. Partially each of the different variables can be seen from the t-test, that is, the results of all t-counts are greater and the ttable in this study was 2.013 with a significant level below the level of 5% so that it can be concluded that Workload, Job Satisfaction, and Work Discipline significant partial effect on performance. Therefore it is necessary for the management to improve the quality of work discipline so that employee performance continues to improve.
