Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To test and analyze the effect of work experience on work responsibilitie at PT. Niaga Karya Abadi Sidoarjo (2) To test and analyze the employee's work expertise on work responsibilitie at PT. Niaga Karya Abadi Sidoarjo. (3) To test and analyze the effect of work experience on employee performance at PT. Niaga Karya Abadi Sidoarjo. (4) To test and analyze the effect of work skills on employee performance at PT. Niaga Karya Abadi Sidoarjo. (5) To test and analyze the effect of work responsibilitie on employee performance at PT. Niaga Karya Abadi Sidoarjo. (6) To test and analyze the effect of work experience on employee performance through employee work responsibilitie at PT. Niaga Karya Abadi Sidoarjo. (7) To test and analyze the effect of employee expertise on employee performance through employee work responsibilitie at PT. Niaga Karya Abadi Sidoarjo. The approach in this study uses quantitative methods with survey methods with a simple random sample research technique there are 75 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, while the data taken are primary data and secondary data, while data analysis techniques are using path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that: 1) the effect of work experience on work responsibilitie was -0.122. 2) the effect of work expertise on work responsibilitie is 0.337. 3) the effect of work experience on employee performance is 0.269. 4) the influence of work skills on employee performance is -0,213. 5) the effect of work responsibilitie on employee performance is 0.426. 6) the effect of work experience on employee performance through work responsibilitie is 0.114. 7) the effect of work skills on employee performance through work responsibilitie is -0,090.
