Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect Work Stress, Work Conflict, and Leadership on Employee Performance PT. Aman World Logistics Surabaya. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were all employees PT. Aman World Logistics Surabaya which amounted to 61 people. The number of samples used in this study were all employees, amounting to 61 respondents. By using saturated or census sample techniques. The test equipment used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the F test, the F cound result are obtained (604,392) > F table (2,77), that means Work Stress (X1), Work conflicts (X2), Leadership (X3) simultaneously significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) PT. Aman World Logistics Surabaya. From the results of the t test it is known Work Stress (X1), Work Conflict (X2), Leadership (X3) partially significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) PT. Aman World Logistics Surabaya, with each having t arithmetic Work Stress (3,665), Work Conflict (27,149), Leadership (6,678) greater than t table
