Abstract

The importance of the role of HR for the survival of the company requires optimal performance from employees in order to help the company achieve its goals. Understanding the importance of the existence of HR in the current era of globalization, the effort that must be achieved by companies is to improve the quality of HR. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at INK Clinique Surabaya. This research model used is a quantitative research model. The population and sample in this study were all employees at INK Clinique Surabaya as many as 30 employees. The analysis technique used in this study is the saturation sampling technique. The calculation process is assisted by the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 for Windows software application program. The research data collection method is carried out through questionnaires using a four-point Likert scale as a measurement tool. The results showed that (1) training had a significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, (3) work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance.
