Abstract

This research include as descriptive research with quantitative approach and conducted in manufacture company, this research to know about wether or not the influence of leadership, work discipline, and work environment to job satisfaction of the employes in production division in Profilia Indotech Company, either partially or simultaneously. Method of collecting data in this research is quisioner. The population of this research are 57 employes in production division of profilia indotech with 40 people as a samplings based on Roscoe method that is where investigators used multivariate analysis (correlation or multiple regression for example). Then the number of sample members at lest 10 times the number or variables studied. Technique was taking of sampling was saturated sampling. Hypothesis test doing by linier regretion for hypothesis 1,2,3,4 from 16.00 SPSS program for windows, based on research with level significance 0,05 or 5%, so the conclusion are : (1) Partially, leadership have a positive influence to job satisfaction with score (2.935) ≥ (2.028); (2) Partially, work discipline have a positive influence to job satisfaction with score (2.271) ≥ (2.028); (3) Partially, work environment have a positive influence to job satisfaction with score (2.313) ≥ (2.028); (4) Simultaneously, there are influence of leadership, work discipline, work environment to job satisfaction with score (7.262) from (287)
