Abstract

This study discusses the influence of emotional intelligence, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance at SDI Al Akbar Mojokerto. This type of research is explanatory research with a comparative causal approach. The population in this study were employees at the Al Akbar Mojokerto Islamic Elementary School in Mojokerto, totaling 27 people. The sampling technique uses the census method. The sample in this study amounted to 23 people. The method of analysis of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Emotional intelligence, leadership style, and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a simultaneous contribution of 79.8%. (2) Emotional intelligence partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a partial contribution of 29.8%. (3) The leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a partial contribution of 31.3%. (4) Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance with a partial contribution of 35.5%. (5) Work motivation has a dominant influence on employee performance.
