Abstract

This research. (1) Conditions of human resources (HR) in the work environment of Teachers Teachers and Employees of El Rahmah Boarding School in Surabaya, (2) work motivation of Teachers and Employees of El Rahmah Boarding School in Surabaya, (3) El Rahmah Boarding School in Surabaya (4) Data on teacher and student teacher resources at the El Rahmah Foundation. This study uses qualitative research with research on what is the existence of research. The population in this study uses the SWOT analysis method. Data collection techniques used in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were teacher educators and students. While the object of this research is all activities that discuss the strategy of human resources on the working environment at the El Rahmah Islamic Boarding School. The results of the study describe the strategies used by educational institutions of the Human Resource Development Foundation (HR) in the work environment by increasing work motivation, so as to produce a positive impact on the development of El Rahmah Islamic Boarding School.
