Abstract
This study is intended so that managers know that there is a simple stimulus that can be developed in improving employee performance at PT. MITRA CENTRAL ASIA SURABAYA, which is about the influence of Leadership, Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach that is, research that focuses on testing hypotheses with statistical analysis tools and produces conclusions that can be generalized. The sample in this research is PT. MITRA CENTRAL ASIA SURABAYA. Sampling of respondents in this study using the saturated sample method. The test tool used is the path analysis technique with SPSS 20. After testing the proposed hypothesis, the coefficient of path analysis of the leadership variables on work discipline has a significant effect with a sig value of 0.008, Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.035 , Compensation has a significant effect on employee work discipline with a sig value of 0.010, Compensation has a significant effect on employee work performance with a sig value of 0.017, Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a sig value of 0.042, Leadership has a significant effect on work performance through work discipline with a value of sig 0.023, Compensation has a significant effect on work performance through work discipline with a sig value of 0.031, Job Performance does not significantly influence work performance through work discipline with a sig value of 0.545.
