Abstract
This research is intended so that companies know the effect of service quality, price perception, and location on the decision to use the Sie Brothers Surabaya driving course. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach that is research that focuses on testing hypotheses with statistical method analysis tools and producing conclusions that can be generalized. The population in this study are consumers who use the services of courses in October 2019 as many as 140 people. The sample of respondents in the study in October became 58 people using the Slovin formula. The test tool used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS 25 software. After testing the hypothesis the results showed that the quality of service had a significant effect on the decision to use the driving courses for siblings. Price perception shows that there is a significant effect on the decision to use a Sie Brothers driving course service and location has a significant effect on the decision to use a Sie Brothers driving course service in Surabaya. Simultaneously, service quality, price perception and location have a significant effect on the decision to use Surabaya driving driving services and have a contribution value of 80.3% while the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
