Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the factors that affect employee performance at PT. Karya Dibya Mahardhika Area Pandaan Kabupaten Pasuruan. These factors are work discipline, work loyalty, work motivation, and compensation. Implementation of appropriate work loyalty will lead to employee performance at PT. Karya Dibya Mahardhika Area Pandaan Kabupaten Pasuruan. Employee performance arise influenced by work discipline, work loyalty, work motivation, and compensation. Work discipline, job loyalty, work motivation, and compensation for employee performance show a positive and significant relationship. In this study data were collected through questionnaires to 80 respondents who were taken using Slovin sampling technique on employees of PT. Karya Dibya Mahardhika Area Pandaan Kabupaten Pasuruan. Then analyzed the data obtained in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis were processed with SPSS V.16.0 for windows. So as to produce regression equation as follows: Y = 4.048 + 0.191 X1 + 0.314 X2 + 0.167 X3 + 0.140 X4 The results of the analysis concluded that the regression coefficient 0191 work discipline, job loyalty variable 0.314, 0.167 work motivation variable, the variable compensation 0.140 and 4,048 employee performance variables. The results of the t test variable work discipline for 2.651 ≥ 1.992 (tcount ≥ ttable), loyalty variable employment for 5,612 ≥ 1,992 (tcount ≥ ttable), work motivation variable of 3.426 ≥ 1.992 (tcount ≥ ttable) and a variable compensation of 2.434 ≥ 1.992 (tcount ≥ ttable) means that the four independent variables studied, partially significant effect on employee performance. Then through the F test found that the variable work discipline, job loyalty, motivation, and compensation jointly significant effect on the performance of employees with values ≥ 2.49 Fhitung 29.236 (≥ Fhitung Ftabel). In this study the dominant variable affecting employee performance is the variable of work loyalty. And R2 value of 0.609 indicates that the magnitude of the contribution of work discipline, job loyalty, motivation, and compensation in influencing the performance of employees amounted to 60.9%, while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
