Abstract
Competition among companies today is very worrying, not only competition between products produced but also extending competition between the quality of employees owned by the company, this is also automatically competition about the existence of companies in the business world itself. Companies with employees who are not qualified will produce products that are not quality so that the product will certainly be shunned by consumers and may even be disliked. If the product is not selling in the market, then be ready - the company will be ready to go bankrupt. So that every company is now competing - to want to have qualified employees in various ways, for example recruiting qualified competitor employees to be employed in their company, or existing employees and then doing a training so that it makes them qualified employees. This research entitled "The Effect of Job Training on Employee Performance PT. Sabang Mandiri Abadi Through Working Spirit as an Intervening Variable "with a random sampling obtained a sample of 30 respondents. Validity Test results are valid, the reliability test is reliable, the normality test results are normally distributed, have passed the classic assumption test. Sub structure 1 equation is obtained, namely Z = 0.952 X + 0.31 Є1 and sub structure 2 that is Y = 0.494 X + 0.489 Z + 0.245 Є2. The conclusion of this study is job training has a significant effect on employee morale of employees of PT. Sabang Mandiri Abadi, the spirit of work has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Sabang Mandiri Abadi, job training has a significant effect on employee performance PT. Sabang Mandiri Abadi, job training has a significant effect on employee performance PT. Sabang Mandiri Abadi through working spirit.
