Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of technical skills on employee work performance, to determine the effect of management skills on employee work performance, and to determine the effect of entrepreneurship skills on employee work performance. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Ardendi Jaya Sentosa. The sample used was 79 respondents, namely employees of PT. Ardendi Jaya Sentosa. Source of data in this study are primary data obtained by researchers with a questionnaire method that is delivered or given directly to employees of PT. Ardendi Jaya Sentosa. Data collected for analysis in this study were obtained from techniques that were managed privately by questionnaires, techniques used by survey methods with the aim of obtaining information using a questionnaire. The conclusion of this study is that Technical skills have a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the better technical skills will affect the increase in employee work performance. Management skills have a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the better management skills will affect the increase in employee performance. Entrepreneurial skills have a positive effect on employee work performance. This means that the better entrepreneurial skills will affect employee performance improvement
