Abstract
This study is intended so that employees know there are influences such as, namely, Leadership Style, communication, and Work Facilities on Job Performance. This study aims to: To study or examine the Influence, Leadership Style, Communication, and Work Facilities on Job Performance at PT. Thanks to Sinar Sentosa Surabaya. The sample in this study were 50 employees at PT. Thanks to Sinar Sentosa Surabaya. The analysis technique used includes the classical assumption test analysis, multiple linear regression analysis using 3 (three) independent variables and 1 dependent variable, as well as the t test analysis, and the coefficient of determination test. The three independent variables in question are Leadership Style (X1), communication (X2), and Work Facilities (X3), and 1 (one) dependent variable: Job Performance (Y). The test equipment used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS 15.0 software. After testing the proposed hypothesis, a regression value is obtained based on the results of the ANOVA test or the F test, then the F count is 10,672> F table 2,417, and has a significance level of 0,000. Because the probability of 0,000 is much smaller than 0.05. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the independent variable includes the Leadership Style (X1), Leadership Style (X2), Work Facility (X3), with the dependent variable namely Job Performance (Y). In the regression analysis two-tailed probability is used, so that the results for t tables can be obtained for 2014 While the value of t arithmetic is 2828. So, the value of t count 2828 is greater than the value of t table 2014. Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the independent variable includes Leadership Style (X1), communication (X2), Work Facility (X3), with the dependent variable namely Job Performance (Y). Thus that the variables that are very influential on the Job Performance in PT. Thanks to Sinar Sentosa Surabaya.
