Abstract

In the current era of globalization comes with a number of challenges that must be faced by company management in order to win the competition. Loyalty is a matter that must also be considered by the company, if the company wants its employees to work better for the company's goals. This study analyzes the effect of responsibility, compensation and initiative on work loyalty on the CV. Anugerah Tekniktama Sidoarjo . This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of comparative causal research because of the variables to be examined in relation to and aims to present a structured, factual, and accurate picture of the facts and the relationship between the variables to be examined. The sample in this study employees of CV. Anugerah Tekniktama Sidoarjo , amounting to 52 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The test equipment used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS 17.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Responsibility partially influences work loyalty at CV. Anugerah Tekniktama Sidoarjo , (2) Compensation has a partial effect on work loyalty at CV. Anugerah Tekniktama Sidoarjo , (3) Initiative partially influences work loyalty at CV. Anugerah Tekniktama Sidoarjo , (4) Responsibility, compensation and initiative simultaneously influence the work loyalty of the CV. Anugerah Tekniktama Sidoarjo , (5) Initiative has the most dominant influence on work loyalty at CV. Anugerah Tekniktama Sidoarjo .
