Abstract

The aim of this research is for UMKM practitioners to know the benefits of using the Go-Food application for revenue growth for the development of UMKMs, one of which is conducted by UMKM Pawon Kue Surabaya. This research was conducted with a qualitative method that is research that analyzes data in the form of words but in this study also uses data in the form of numbers only as supporting data statements. The sample in this study is the amount of revenue in 2015-2019. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results of the interview are the main data in this study and income data to support the arguments of the resource person, the owner of UMKM Pawon Kue Surabaya. The results showed that the UMKM Pawon Kue Surabaya income after joining Go-Food in 2017 had increased. In 2017 the income obtained was IDR 24,396,000.00, in 2018 amounting to IDR 26,448,000.00 and in 2019 it was IDR 29,697,000.00. An interview with the owner of the UMKM Pawon Kue Surabaya showed the same results as the income data, after joining Go-Food there was an increase in income.
