Abstract
This study discusses the effect of training and human resource development on employee performance through labor productivity as an intervening variable at PT. ECCO Indonesia Sidoarjo. Data analysis using path analysis. The results of the study show: (1) Contribution of training which directly affects labor productivity at PT. ECCO Indonesia Sidoarjo is 74.6% (2) Contribution of human resource development which directly affects labor productivity at PT. ECCO Indonesia Sidoarjo is 70.9%, (3) Training contributions that directly affect employee performance at PT. ECCO Indonesia Sidoarjo is 70.3%, (4) Contribution of human resource development which directly affects the performance of employees at PT. ECCO Indonesia Sidoarjo is 68.9%, (5) Contribution of labor productivity that directly affects the performance of employees at PT. ECCO Indonesia Sidoarjo is 90.7%, (6) The indirect effect of training variables on employee performance through labor productivity at PT. ECCO Indonesia Sidoarjo is 0.746 x 0.907 = 0.677 or 67.7%, and (7) The indirect influence of human resource development variables on employee performance through labor productivity at PT. ECCO Indonesia Sidoarjo is 0.709 x 0.907 = 0.643 or 64.3%.
