Abstract

This study uses an Associative approach where the research conducted is to see how much Training, Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Karya Manunggal Jati (KMJ). The sample used in this study was 37 respondents. The results of this study look partially that the Training has a positive effect on Employee Performance with the results of t count > t table (3.978 > 1.687). Statistically the training is influenced or influences the Employee Performance which means the hypothesis is accepted. Motivation has a negative effect on Employee Performance with t arithmetic < t table (1,588 < 1,687). Statistically motivation is not influenced or does not affect Employee Performance which means the hypothesis is rejected. While Discipline has a positive effect on employee performance with the results of t count > t table (2.607 > 1.687). Statistically Discipline is influenced or influences Employee Performance, which means the hypothesis is accepted. The F test in this study shows that the F count (17.767) > F table (2.86), with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Training, Motivation and Discipline simultaneously influence the Employee Performance at PT. Karya Manunggal Jati (KMJ). Determination Test (R-Square) of this study amounted to 0.583 or 58.3% indicating that the variable of Employee Performance is determined from the variable Training, Motivation, and Discipline, while 57.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study .
