Abstract
The research objectives are 1). To determine the effect of wor responsibilities on compensation. 2) To determine the effect of company procedures on compensation. 3) To determine work motivation on work motivation. 4) To find out work motivation on work motivation.5) To determine compensation motivation on work motivation. 6) To determine the effect of work responsibilities through compensation for work motivation. 7) To determine the effect of company procedures through a comparison of work motivation at PT Niaga Karya Abadi Sidoarjo This study uses a quantitative method with a research method with a random sample of research using the Slovin formula using 75 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data taken is primary and secondary data, while the data analysis technique uses path analysis (path analysis). The results of the study show that: 1) Responsibility for responsibility for compensation is -0.103. 2) the effect of company procedures on compensation is 0.477. 3) The effect of work responsibility on work motivation is equal to 0.143. 4) The effect of company procedures on motivation of kerha is equal to 0.263..5) Comparison of motivation towards work motivation is equal to 0.607. 6) motivation for work responsibility through compensation for work motivation is -0.062. 7) the effect of company procedures through motivation towards [work motivation is equal to 0.289
