Abstract
The study aims of this research is to know the influence of human capital variabel, compensation, and occupation discipline to the employe performance in supermarket Lion Superindo of Kertajaya Surabaya, both partially and simultaneously by using quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 34 respondent. This research used analysis doubled regression with software SPSS 21 as equipment test. The result of this research indicate partially that human capital significat effect to the employe performance with the result of calculation t count in amount of 2,150 is bigger than t table (2,03951) and sig t (0,04) < 5% (0,05) . Partially, compensation variabel significant effet to the employe performance. That is proved by the result of calculation t count 2,258 is bigger than t table (2,03951) and sig t (0,031) < 5% (0,05). Partially, variabel of occupation discipline significant effect to the performance employe with the result of calculation t in a mount 2,165 > t table (2,03951) and sig f (0,003) < 5% (0,05), showed that human capital variabel , compensation, and occupation disiplin get significant effect to the employe performancet in Lion Superindo of Kertajaya Surabaya. And the fact of this research is compensation variabel is the most dominant to influence performance employe.
