Abstract

This study emphasizes the thinkers can understand the quality of service, promotion policies and pricing towards consumer satisfaction of Dinasty Photobooth in Surabaya. This research was conducted using quantitative research which is focused on testing hypotheses with statistical analysis methods and producing conclusions that can be generalized. The population in this study were all customers of Dinasty Photobooth Surabaya. Non probability sampling method and incidental sampling method were used in sampling respondents for this study, with a total sample of 40 people. The tool for this analysis was a linear multiple regression analysis technique with SPSS 21 software. After analysing the proposed hypothesis, the regression coefficient value of the service quality variable was 0.117 and the promotion policy variable was -0.055 and the pricing variable was 0.224. And the F test value of Fcount 9,375> Ftable 2.87 which means the quality of service, promotion policies and pricing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Photobooth Disnasty. From the results of this test, it can be seen that the quality of service affects customer satisfaction while promotional policies and pricing does not affect costumer satisfaction. With each of them = each having count X1 (2,271) which is bigger than table and count X2 (-0,615), count X3 (1,608) which is smaller than table.
