Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation, leadership, discipline on emplyee performance in KPRI SEJAHTERA. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach to research that focuses on testing hypotheses with the statistical method of analysis tools and produce result that can be generalized. The population used in this study were all employees of KPRI SEJAHTERA, totalling to 30 people, while the number of samples used in this study were a total of 30 respondents. Test equipment used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.0. From the research that has been done can be concluded that the results of the validity test is valid, the reliability testing is reliable, and the classical assumption that indicates that the data is normal, and free from autocorrelation, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained modeling is Y = 0.663 + 0.377 X1 + 0.489 X2 + 0.623 X3. From the results of F test found which means Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2), Work Discipline (X3) simultaneously significant effect on employee Performance (Y) on KPRI SEJAHTERA. From the results of the t test can be seen that the Motivation (X1), Leadership (X2), Work Discipline (X3) has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) on the KPRI SEJAHTERA.
