Abstract
Every company always expects its employees to have good work performance, of course this will be achieved if the factors that support it, for example the work environment and employee satisfaction at work. This study is entitled "An Analysis of the Effect of the Work Environment on Work Performance Through Employee Job Satisfaction of the Gita Kirti Foundation in Surabaya". By using census sampling / Total Sampling techniques, a sample of 30 respondents was obtained. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of the work environment on work performance through job satisfaction.This type of research is quantitative research using the Path Analysis method / Path Analysis with the help of SPSS for Windows Statistics test results obtained that the validity test results all variables have a Correted Item Total Correlation value of more than 0.3. The reliability test results are all variables Cronbach Alpha values greater than 0.6. Research data has normal distribution and is free from the elements of Heteroscedasticity and Multicollinearity. The results of this study are 1) The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Gita Kirti Foundation Surabaya. 2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Gita Kirti Foundation in Surabaya. 3) The work environment has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of the Gita Kirti Foundation in Surabaya. 4) The work environment has a significant effect on work performance through job satisfaction of employees of the Gita Kirti Foundation Surabaya.
