Abstract

The company's performance must always be improved continuously, this is done so that the company is able to compete with other similar companies. To improve company performance is inseparable from employees performance, so the company must know what factors can improve employees performance. In this study titled "The Effect of Job Training on Employee Performance Through Employee Motivation at PT. Lintas Benua Berkat Abadi Abadi Sidoarjo. This type of research is quantitative research, the sampling technique in this study uses Total Sampling / Census / Saturated Sampling as many as 30 respondents. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job training on employee performance through work motivation. The method used in this study is Path Anaysis / Path Analysis, after the Statistical Test results are obtained as follows, the validity test results are valid, the reliability test results are reliable, the normality test results are normally distributed research data, Heteroskedasticity test results are free from the elements of Heteroskedasticity, Multicollinearity Test results the results are free from the element of multicollinearity. The results of this study are 1. Job training has a significant effect on employees work motivation. 2.Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. 3.Job training has a significant effect on employees performance. 4.Job training has a significant effect on employees performance through work motivation.
