Abstract

This study is entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style on Job Performance through Employee Motivation at the Warehouse Section of PT. Kharisma Suma jaya Sakti Surabaya "with a population of 45 employees. In this study using a Total Sampling / Census sampling technique to obtain a sample of 45 respondents. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style on work performance through work motivation. In Pt.Kharisma Suma Jaya Sakti Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research, while the method used is the Path Analysis method, using SPSS, the statistical test results are obtained, the validity test results are valid, the reliability test results are valid, the normality test results are normally distributed, the heteroscedasticity test results are free from elements heteroscedasticity, Multicollinearity Test results there is no element of multicollinearity. The conclusions of this study are: 1) The leadership style influences the work motivation of the employees of the Warehouse Section of PT. Kharisma Suma Jaya Sakti Surabaya. 2) Work motivation has an effect on the work performance of the employees of the Warehouse Section of PT. Kharisma Suma Jaya Sakti Surabaya. 3) The leadership style influences the work performance of the employees of the Warehouse Section of PT. Kharisma Suma Jaya Sakti Surabaya. 4) Leadership style influences work performance through work motivation of employees of the Warehouse Section of PT. Kharisma Suma Jaya Sakti Surabaya.
