Abstract

To be able to compete with other similar companies, the company's performance must be improved every time, of course this is closely related to Human Resources Management. This study entitled "The Effect of Compensation on Performance Through Employee Motivation at PT. The Dynamics of Persada's Works ". By using the census sampling / saturated sample / total sampling method, all members of the population are sampled, namely 35 respondents. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of compensation on performance through work motivation. In this study using the method of Path Analysis / Path Analysis then performed a Statistical. Test that is research data showing passing the Validity Test with valid results. Reliability test results are reliable. The research data has a normal distribution and is free from the elements of Classical Assumptions, meaning that it passes the Heteroskedasticity Test and the Multicollinearity Test. This type of research is a quantitative study with the results of the study are 1) Compensation has a significant effect on the work motivation of employees of PT. Dinamika Karya Persada. 2) Work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Dinamika Karya Persada.3) Compensation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Dinamika Karya Persada. 4) Compensation has a significant effect on performance through the work motivation of employees of PT. Dinamika Karya Persada.
