Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect of Training orientation, Work Discipline, Leadership Style on Work Employee Efficiency in PT. Sarimelati Kencana Outlet Pizza Hut Ciputra World Surabaya.This study was conducted using a quantitative approach to research this focuses on testing the hypothesis with the statiscal method of analysis tools and produce result that can be generalized.The population used in this studi were all employees of PT. Sarimelati Kencana outlet Pizza Hut Ciputra World Surabaya.Thanks to Outlet Pizza Hut Ciputra World Surabaya totaling 39 people, while the number of samples used in this study were a total of 30 respondents. Test equipment used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, multiple determination coefficients, F test, and t test. By using a sample of 30 respondents. The results showed that training orientation (X1), work discipline (X2), leadership style(X3) simultaneously affect on work employee efficiency (Y). Multiple linear regression analysis obtained modeling is Y = 4671 + 0,560X1 + 0,290X2 + 0,375X3. From the result of F test found that result of F (7.493) > F tabel (2.60) which means the training orientation (X1), work discipline (X2), leadership style (X3) simultaneously significant effect on work employee efficiency (Y) on PT. Sarimelati Kencana Outlet Pizza Hut Ciputra World Surabaya.From the result of the t test can be seen that the training orientation (X1), work discipline (X2 ) dan leadership style (X3) has a significant and positive effect on work employee efficiency (Y) on the PT. Sarimelati Kencana Thanks to Outlet Pizza Hut Ciputra World Surabaya, with each having t (4.695), t (2,171) and t (2.257) larger than t tabel (2,0484).
