Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect simultaneously and partially between variables professionalism of the work, the work environment and employee morale on the performance of the Pabrik Kerupuk Dua Putera Sidoarjo. The target population in this study were employees of the Pabrik Kerupuk Dua Putera Sidoarjo which amounted to 45 employees. Sampling in this study using saturation sampling method (census sampling). Researchers took all sampling at 45 employees. Data collected will be analyzed using statistical analysis program SPSS version 16, in which the statistical formula used is linear Multiple Regression (Multiple Linear Regression). The results of test calculations f or simultaneously with significantly limit of 0,05, the obtained value of the significant 0,000 Ha accepted and Ho rejected, result partial t test calculations with significant limits 0,05 unknown variables significant value of 0,000, the professionalism of the work is accepted and Ha Ho rejected, significant value is 0,000 work environment so Ha Ho accepted and rejected, while the value of variable significance, the morale of 0,000 Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Based on the results of data processing, analysis, discussion and hypothesis testing can be concluded that the professionalism of the work variables X1, work environment X2 and X3 morale simultaneously and partially the greatest influence is the work environment with standardized coeficients value of 0,681.
