Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, competence, level of education, and promotion to employee performance Election Supervisory Committee in Sidoarjo. This research is a quantitative correlation (associational). Population and sample in this study were employees of the Election Supervisory Committee in Sidoarjo totaling 56 people. Sources of data are the primary data, data collection using the questionnaire technique. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression and data processed using the program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 for Windows. The results of this study are: (1) compensation, competencies, education level, and Promotion simultaneously significant effect on performance, the value of R² is 0.574 or 57.4%. This indicates that the performance variables can be explained by the variation of the variable compensation, competencies, education level, and Promotion Position of 57.4%, while the remaining 42.6% is influenced by other variables that are not considered in this study; (2) Compensation partially not significant effect on performance; (3) Competence partially significant effect on performance; (4) Education Level not significant effect on performance; (5) Promotion not significant effect on performance.
