Abstract

Taurus PT Gemilang established since 1989, has become the company in the field of management Executive Lounge Juanda Airport in Surabaya in the field of executive Chek-in service that prioritizes customer convenience. This study aims to determine whether the compensation, motivation, work environment and work experiences affect the performance of employees. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Clinical population of 120 people with a total sample of 92 people. This research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 4,198 + 0,280X1 + 0,154X2 + 0,485X3 + 0,299X4. Fhitung values obtained 11,495 while the value of 2,48 Ftabel thus can be interpreted that the independent variables namely compensation, motivation, work environment and work experience simultaneously affect the dependent variable is the performance of employees. Tcount compensation amounted to 2,797, the motivation for 2055, amounting to 2,727 working environment and work experience of 2,355 means that compensation, motivation, work environment and work experience positive effect on employee performance variables. while the highest beta coefficient is a compensation of 0.284 which means it has a dominant influence over the other variables. Koefisien determination (R2) obtained the results of 0,522 it showed that 52.2% of employee performance PT. Taurus Gemilang Surabaya influenced by the four independent variables were used that compensation, motivation, work environment and work experience.
