Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work environment, and competency partially and simultaneously on employee morale at CV. Cahaya Gemilang Indah Nganjuk. This research uses a quantitative approach, which is research that focuses on testing the hypoptesis with statistical analysis tools and generates conclusions that can be generalized. The sample used in this study were all employees of CV. Cahaya Gemilang Indah Nganjuk, amounting to 45 people. The analytical tool used is by tabulating questionnaires, collecting data in the form of validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests. To test the hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis techniques are used using SPSS software (statistical program for social science) version 18. Based on the results of the t test with a significant level of 5%, communication did not have a positive and partially significant effect on employee morale with a tcount (-0.782) that was smaller than the ttable value (2.019) and a significant level of 0.438 which was greater than sig () of 0.05. The work environment has a positive and partially significant effect on employee morale, with a tcount (2.780) that is greater than the value of ttable (2.019) and a significant level of 0.008 which is smaller than sig () of 0.05. Competence has a positive and partially significant effect on employee morale, with a tcount (3.619) that is greater than the value of ttable (2.019) and a significant level of 0.001 which is smaller than sig () of 0.05. While the F test results with a significant level of 5%, communication, work environment, and competence have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee workforce, with a Fcount value (50.631) greater than Ftable (2,833) and a significant level of 0,000 that is smaller than sig () of 0.05. And in this study, the competency variable has the most dominant and significant influence on employee morale.
