Abstract
Human resources is one of the most important in the company, when they get the demand to provide optimal efforts but not balanced with a good work environment can reduce the organizational culture, thus impacting the performance of employees who are less good. This research is intended to PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa knows the significant influence of work environment and individual characteristics on organizational culture and its impact on employee performance. The research used quantitative approach and the respondents were taken entirely (population research), that is 75 respondents. The test equipment used is the technique of Path Analysis and application software using SPSS 16.0 Based on the test result, the obtained of T test result from the work environment to the employee performance is have insignificant positive effect; the individual characteristics to the the employee performance is have insignificant positive effect; the work environment to the organizational culture is have insignificant positive effect; the individual characteristics to the employee performance insignificant positive effect; the organizational culture to the employee performance is have significant positive effect.
