Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analysed the factors that influenced the demand of Daihatsu Ayla in CV.Karunia Motor Surabaya. There were 4 (four) independent variable, such as the level of income, substitutecommodity, the tastes of customer and sales promotion. And dependent variable was the demand of Daihatsu Ayla. This research done with used quantitative study. The population of this research was customer who ordered Daihatsu Ayla in CV. Karunia Motor Surabaya. The sampling technique that has been used was non probability sampling and the data collection has been done by convenience sampling method. This research has been used regression analyse with sofware SPSS 20. Based on the result of the regression analyses the value of regression coefficient the level of income 0,310, substitutecommodity -0,098, the tastes of customer 0,270 and sales promotion 0,235. So that obtained the regression formula Y = 1,293 + 0,310x1 - 0,098x2 + 0,270x3 + 0,235x4+ e. And based of the calculation obtained that Fcount 10,633 > Ftable 2,486 or ρ value 0,000 < 0,05. It can be concluded that the level of income, substituion commodity, the tastes of customer and sales promotion simultanously influenced the demand of Daihatsu Ayla. The result of research used partial significant test (t test) showed that the level of income 2,852,substitutecommodity -0894, the tastes of customer 1,915 and sales promotion 2,174 with ttable 1,990. So that mean the level of income and sales promotion partially influenced the demand, and then the substitutecommodity and the tastes of customer was not partially influenced the demand. And based of this research the level of income was the most influenced the demand of Daihatsu Ayla in CV. Karunia Motor Surabaya.
