Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of variables Work Environment, Training, Compensation and Leadership on Employee Performance at PT. Astra International TBK Toyota Sales Operation Auto 2000 Waru. The population in this study were all employees working in the service section of PT. Astra International TBK Toyota Sales Operation Auto 2000 Waru, Sidoarjo with a sample of 43 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a list of questions. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.0. After testing the hypothesis, the regression coefficient value of Work Environment variable is 0.202, Training variable is 0.230, Compensation variable is 0.343 and Leadership variable is 0.403. And the F test value of F count 34,264 with a significance level of 0,000 <0,05, which means that the variables of the Work Environment, Training, Compensation and Leadership simultaneously affect Employee Performance at PT. Astra International TBK Toyota Sales Operation Auto 2000 Waru. The results of the T test of the work environment are t count = 2.088, the Training variable is t count = 2.410, the Compensation variable is tcount = 3.008, the Leadership variable is tcount = 2.999, which means the variables Work Environment, Training, Compensation and Leadership affect Employee Performance at PT. Astra International TBK Toyota Sales Operation Auto 2000 Waru simultaneously.
