Abstract

In this study the problem was formulated as follows: (1) Do leadership, compensation, and organizational culture simultaneously influence the job satisfaction of PT. Gudang Garam Waru Sidoarjo ?; (2) Do compensation leadership, and organizational culture partially influence the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Waru Sidoarjo ?; (3) Which variables among the leadership variables, compensation and organizational culture that have a dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Waru Sidoarjo?. To answer the above problems, the following research methods are used: (1) the location of the study was conducted at PT. PT. Gudang Garam Waru Sidoarjo (2) the population of 800 employees, (3) the number of samples taken as many as 89 respondents using the Slovin formula, (4) the sampling technique used was simple random sampling; (5) identification of variables namely for dependent variables (Y) employee job satisfaction, and independent variables (X) consisting of leadership, compensation and organizational culture; (6) scale of measurement using a Likert scale; and (5) analytical methods using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study show (1) Leadership, compensation and organizational culture simultaneously influence the job satisfaction of PT. Gudang Garam Waru Sidoarjo; (2) leadership, compensation and organizational culture partially influence the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Waru Sidoarjo; (3) compensation has the dominant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Waru Sidoarjo.
