Abstract

The study about work productivity than, this study discuss about the influence of education level, work motivation, work experience and work satisfaction towards the work productivity of employees in DJM machine repair shop in Sidoarjo. This study linear regresing analysis. The sample of the study consist of 34 peoples and the determination of sample using non probability sampling technique. The questionners instrumen used as data collecting. The validity and reability test of indicators and variable concept appearing the validity and reability value that eligible as instruments. The analysis with regresi linear berganda used to know the influence of variables of education level, motivation of work, the experience of work and the satisfaction of work towards the employees work productivity in DJM machine repair shop Sidoarjo either partial or simultan. From the mentioned result, knowed that the variable of education level, work motivation, work experience and work satisfaction together influential as significant of work productivity as partial. While work motivation variables is the variable that most influential of employees work productivity.
