Abstract
This research was titled “The influence of worker attitudes towards the application of the K3 program with the commitment of workers as intervening to the company PT. Mulya Adhi Paramita Gresik”. The purpose of this research was to study the direct influence of Worker Attitudes to application of the K3 Program and indirect influence of Worker Attitudes towards application of the K3 Program through commitment as intervening variable. This research used primary data was obtained by distribution of survey forms to respondents. The type of this research is quantitative research with sample of 82 respondents. The method of data analysis used path analysis by using statistical software SPSS 21. Study showed that worker attitudes had significant effect to commitment with contribution of 57.7%, worker attitudes had significant effect to the K3 program with contribution of 40.6%. commitmen had significant effect to the K3 program with contribution of 31.7%. Worker attitudes had significant effect to the K3 program through commitment as intervening variable with total effect of 58.9%.
