Abstract

This study discusses the "Recruitment and selection influence on employee performance PT Siantar Top Sidoarjo with work discipline variable as an intervening variableThis study aims to re-examine the factors that influence employee performance. The variables used are recruitment and selection of the hypothesized effect on the discipline of work and work performance as influenced by direct or indirect influence. This study uses path analysis. Sample this study amounted to 97 people. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling with slovin formula. Questionnaire used as data collectors. Testing the validity and reliability of the above indicators, and the concept of the variable shows the value of the validity and reliability that qualify as instruments. Path analysis used to decide the direct and indirect effects of the recruitment and selection of work discipline and work performance. From these results we know that the variables: recruitment and selection of a significant effect on work discipline, recruitment and selection of a significant effect on performance. Then the recruitment and selection of a significant effect on work performance through the discipline of work. Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, Discipline of work and job performance
