Abstract

This research have a purpose to analyse yhe influence of transformasional leadership style, labor discipline, motivation and compensation to employee performance at PT.Rembaka Sidoarjo. This research used questionnaires to 33 respondents employee PT.Rembaka. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Result of this research shows that only 2 variables that have significant influence, they are labor discipline with regression coefficients value 0,159 and motivation with regression coefficient value 0,198 while transformasional leadership style shows the negative influence with value -0.079 to employee performance at PT.Rembaka. The other variable, compensation with regression coefficient value 0,045 does not show the significan influence. The most influential variable of employee performance at PT.Rembaka Sidoarjo is motivation. Depent on research result which show that motivation have big of employee performance, this should be maintain by PT.Rembaka. PT.Rembaka should increase motivation for employees to work with enthusiasm and good. PT.Rembaka also should pay attention to this problem, for example by increasing also transformational leadership style, labor discipline and compensation, so that the company is still growing PT.Rembaka.
