Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the factors affecting the performance of employees at PT. Ekos Jaya Abadi Lestari Sidoarjo. These factors are training, work discipline, motivation and work environment. Implementation of proper work environment will cause the performance of employees at PT. Ekos Jaya Abadi Lestari Sidoarjo. Raised employee performance is influenced by training, work discipline, motivation and work environment. Training, work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance showed positive and significant correlation.In this study, data were collected through questionnaires to 45 respondents drawn using the technique of the total sample (total sampling) or census. Then analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Test equipment used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis were processed with SPSS V.16.0 for windows. Resulting in regression equation as follows: Y = 4,661 + 0.128 X1 + X2 0214 + 0134 + 0307 X3 X4 The results of the analysis concluded that the regression coefficient 0.128 training, work discipline variables 0214, 0134 motivational variables, work environment variables 0307 and 4661 employee performance variables. The test results of training variable is 1,816 t ≤ 2.021 (t ≤ t table), variable work discipline is 2591 ≥ 2.021 (t ≥ t table), motivation variable is 2,270 ≥2,021 (t ≥ t table) and work environment variable is 4,526≥2,021 (t≥t table) means that four independent variables studied, partially not significant effect on employee performance. Then through the F test found that the variable training, work discipline, motivation and working environment together significant effect on the performance of employees with calculated F value of 16 001 ≥ 2.61 (F count ≥ F tables). In this study the variables the dominant influence on employee performance is variable work environment. And R2 value of 0.615 indicates that the contribution of training, work discipline, motivation and work environment in influencing the performance of employees amounted to 61.5%. while the remaining 38.5% is influenced by other variables outside the model
