Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable Leadership Style (X1), Cultural Organization (X2), Organizational Climate (X3) and the working environment (X4) towards employee performance in PT Golden Footwear Indotama Sidoarjo. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 139 respondents who are employees of PT Golden Footwear Indotama Sidoarjo. With this method of data processing using SPSS program and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with methods of sampling simple random sampling. From the test results simultaneously by using the F test indicated the presence of markedly between the independent variables with the dependent variable, as evidenced by nlai F count> F table (35.309> 1.65589). From the available data show that the four independent variables namely Leadership Style (X1), Cultural Organization (X2), Climate Organization (X3) and the Working Environment (X4), able to explain the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). From the test results in partial Leadership Style (X1) significantly influence employee performance with a value of 2.663 t count> t table 1,654, variable Cultural Organization (X2) did not significantly influence employee performance, as evidenced by the value of -2.475 t> t 1,654 tables, Organizational Climate variables (X3) did not significantly influence employee performance because -2.22 t count> t table 1,654. Working Environment Variables (X4) significantly influence employee performance with a value of 9.539 t count> t table 1,654. Thus the leadership style variable (X1) and the working environment variable (X4) partial effect on employee performance (Y). Among the four variables that have the most dominant influence on employee performance is the Working Environment (X4), it can be seen from the T value as well as the partial correlation value is greater than the other three variables.
