Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of direct and indirect variable Leadership And Compensation To Employee Performance With Through Motivation As Variable Intervening At PT. Santos Jaya Abadi. 60 respondents were taken using a sample technique with saturated sampling technique or census number of samples in this study were employees of the Production Packing Section At PT. Santos Jaya Abadi. Then the analysis of data obtained in the form of quantitative data. The test instrument used is tparsial test techniques and path analysis (Path Analysis) processed with SPSS V.16.0 for windows program, so that the value of coefficient Leadership effect on the motivation in PT. Santos Jaya Abadi, Compensation effect on Motivation at PT. Santos Jaya Abadi, Leadership affects the performance at PT. Santos Jaya Abadi, Compensation effect on performance at PT. Santos Jaya Abadi, motivation influence on Employee Performance at PT. Santos Jaya Abadi, Leadership Affect Employee Performance through Motivation at PT. Santos Jaya Abadi, Compensation Affects Employee Performance through Motivation at PT. Santos Jaya Abadi, determination coefficient value R2 (Rsquare) for independent variable able to explain variation of dependent variable change equal to 76,4%, while the rest equal to 23,6% explained by other variable outside research
