Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, communication, work environment and organizational culture both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at PT. Cipta Artha Nadya branch Surabaya. The data used is primary data, that is by spreading the questionnaire that contains a list of statements that have to do with research to employees of PT. Cipta Artha Nadya branch Surabaya numbering 84 people. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, f test and t test based on result of f test is known that significant less than 0,05 is 0,0000, so it can be concluded that all free variable Salary (X1), Incentive (X2) , Social Security (X3) and Training & Development (X4) simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). Based on the result of t test, it is known that all salary variables (X1), Incentive (X2), Social Security (X3) and Training & Development (X4) are partially significant to Work Productivity (Y) because the significance value is less than 0.05. From the test results can also be seen that the variable that has a dominant influence to the productivity of work is Salary (X1) because it has the greatest correlation value compared with incentive variables, social security and training & development.
