Abstract

In this research is conducted to know the influence of internal factors of the company that is salary factor, knowledge produck production, office facility, work environment, and information system to marketer quality and impact to company performance. The data obtained in this study are primary and secondary data from respondents' answers through questionnaires, guidance literature on banking and other supporting books. Population and sample in this research are all marketer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Kapas Krampung. The method of analysis used to test the hypothesis is test reliability, validity, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis (path analysis) The result of the research with the first F test shows that simultaneously the salary factor, knowledge production, office facilities, work environment, and information system significantly influence the quality of marketer power, this can be seen from the significance value that is 0,000 smaller than 0, 05. While the second f test shows that simultaneously salary factor, knowledge production, office facilities, work environment, and information system have significant effect to company performance this can be seen from significance value that is 0.000 smaller than 0,05. in the t test shows that partially the quality of marketers significantly influence the performance of the company, this is shown from the results of t test, namely 4.651 with a significance level of 0.000. So from these three results support the hypothesis that has been proposed.
