Abstract

The study entitled "The Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on Employee Performance at PT. Puri Plastindo Sidoarjo Diansari to know and reveal directly the Leadership and Organizational Culture for Performance and Knowing Leadership indirectly in the PT. Diansari Puri Plastindo Sidoarjo. In this study using quantitative research techniques. Population and sample which are 80 employees of PT. Diansari Puri Plastindo Sidoarjo as respondents in the study. Data analysis used is Path Analysis or path analysis using SPSS computer programs. (Statistics package for Social Sciens) The results showed that leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction with a magnitude of influence of 37.9%. Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a magnitude of 22.7%. Organizational Culture for Job Satisfaction with a magnitude of influence of 23.8%. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with a change of 23.7%. employee profit with a total of 49.4%. Leadership in fullness to employee satisfaction through a large identity work with a currency of 22.7%, while indirect causes amounted to 18.7%. Organizational culture with the ability of employees through PT. Diansari Puri Plastindo. With Direct Direct Contribution of 23.7%, while Indirectly amounted to 11.8%.
