Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the factors that affect employee performance on the CV. Creative Interior Design In Surabaya. These factors are career development, organizational culture and job satisfaction. Implementation of career development, organizational culture and appropriate job satisfaction will lead to employee performance at CV. Creative Interior Design Di Surabaya. employee performance arise influenced by career development, organizational culture and job satisfaction. In this study data were collected through questionnaires on 25 respondents taken using Saturated Sampling technique as a tool to calculate sample size. Then the analysis of the data obtained in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. The test tool used is multiple linear regression analysis technique that is processed with SPSS V.16.0 for windows program. So as to produce the regression equation as follows: Y = 1.307 + 0.644X1 + 0.482X2 + 0.070Z The results of the analysis concluded that the regression coefficient value of career development variables 0,644, organizational culture variable 0,482, job satisfaction variable 0,070, employee performance variable 0,617 mean every kaniakan one unit each variable will increase employee performance and positive value. The result of F test is known that career development and organizational culture variables together have significant effect on job satisfaction with F value counted 6,487> 3,44. The result of F test is known that career development and organizational culture variables together significantly influence the performance with the value of F arithmetic equal to 6,487> 3,44 Result of t test of job satisfaction variable equal to 4,025 ≤ 2.079, it means that job satisfaction variable partially significant on employee performance. In this study Direct coefficient of influence for organizational culture is 0.421 while indirect coefficient is 0.58. It is stated that career development and organizational culture have an effect on employee job satisfaction and have positive impact to employee performance In CV Creative Interior Design In Surabaya. And Value R2 of 0834 shows that the amount of career development contribution, organizational culture and job satisfaction in affecting employee performance of 65.5%. while the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other variables outside the model
